Pleasant

The room is spotless, including the bathroom. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options such as cold cuts, eggs, pastries, sweets, and freshly juices.

The room and bathroom were cold both day and night, and the bathroom heater did not work at all. They provided a small plastic heater, but it was very noisy and not safe to keep on overnight.

Good

The location was good, especially since we were there for the Superbloom Festival. The neighborhood was quiet, and we didn’t have much time to explore it. Everything looked new, clean, and comfortable. The inner garden isn’t very big, but it’s a nice space to have.

The cleaning could have been better, there were some stains in the bathroom and the shower gel wasn't refilled. I asked to replace the two blankets with one large one, but the request wasn’t fulfilled the next day. Breakfast had a nice variety, including items like avocado and instant pancakes, but the overall flavor was a bit lacking, especially for the eggs, and nothing cooked-to-order was included . The coffee from the machine was also quite basic.

Wonderful

Everything really especially location to trams 1 minute walk away from hotel take 20 or 21 directly into city centre and main train station.. Nice food options near hotel, staff in hotel very helpful, breakfast was amazing like all the reviews and the breakfast staff very friendly worth including in your stay, they even have the famous Munich sausages.

Pillows in room not good, more fluff than a pillow. The TV had no option to connect your device to blue tooth to allow traveller to use own streaming service, only channels in German and News Channel.

Exceptional

The hotel is very close (3 min walk)to the Tram station so it was easy to arrive to the center (10min with Tram). The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options. The staff was very nice. The parking cost 15 euro for 24 hours. I also liked the sofa inside the room.

Wonderful

Staff at Reception were welcoming and friendly. The room was a good size and bed was very comfortable. The location was great - very close to a tram station. Breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choice.

The only option for breakfast at the hotel was a buffet and we prefer to eat a light breakfast in the mornings

Very clean and quiet

The elevator stopped working, but they fixed it quickly. Also it was a little bit away from things to do and places to eat, but it really was not that bad. We would stay here again.

Pleasant

Room was OK for purpose, but a bit crowded for a family of 3. Facilities were all to our satisfaction eg shower etc. Breakfast, which we did not pay for in advance, was though a standout given the range of options.

Bit cramped for the price you pay and didn't avail of laundry service given prohibitive cost. The lift also took a long time to move between floors making stairs a better option.

Very Good

Breakfast was good. Waiter at dinner on Monday Sept 29 and Tuesday Sep 30 was excellent.

The deadbolt on the room door did not work. We were moved to another room and it did not work there either. We did not want the inconvenience of packing our bags and moving our stuff for a second time so we stayed in the second room.
