The location is great. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was kid friendly.
There was dust in parts of the room. The kid's bed didn't have a door for our child to crawl out from. The shower water pressure was low.

Only thing I didnt like the tea selection. Would have preferred an English tea option. Stainless steel teaspoons would be nice instead of wooden sticks.

The hotel perfectly met my expectations. It is a comfortable hotel, with people at the reception (no self check-in), a wonderful breakfast with a lot of options, and also in the evening a great restaurant. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. In the neighbourhood of the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and shops + easy transport to the old town. Bonus, you only have to check out at noon.

First of all, I'd like to mention that breakfast was really awesome. Especially for families with kids: freshly made pancakes, omelette, yoghurt - so basically everything toddler would love to have. The room was clean and spacious enough, the bathroom was pretty big too. Cleaning staff made their job very well, they took care of our room every single day.
The only thing we didn't like was the temperature in our room. It was heally too hot. We turned the heater off, but it didn't really help and the climate control was managed from the centralized control system, so there was pretty nothing we could do about that. So it would be really cool if this small thing would be fixed.

Room is quite spacious, with a comfortable couch. Standard breakfast, lots to choose from, good quality. Just a few steps from tram station, with dm and Lidl closeby. And the neighborhood is pretty nice, quite and clean.

Clean and big room.
They gave another room than i booked, a lot to walk to the room and uncomfortable to arrive, parking is at the limit for a normal car and very uncomfortable. Cold in the room and you cannot set a temperature.

Overall, everything was as we expected for the price. The breakfast and parking were reasonably priced, and the location is relatively close to the city centre.
The sound insolation is poor, and it is unacceptable that the shower gel container is filled with water.
