Staff was very good and nice. Nice garden for breakfast.
Rooms are big, but very old, moquette on the floor, very old forniture, bathroom very old too.
Staff made a mistake with the key and someone else enter in my room while I was there. Very unpleasant for me and for the ones that thought it was their room. The staff fixed the situation very quickly.

The place is very calm, nice location, not a lot of business around the area but easy to reach the metro, the breakfast is very complete and in the terrace.

Wonderful
The bedroom was spacious and very quiet, which made for a comfortable and restful night. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Königsplatz and close to the U1/U7 subway lines, making it easy to get around the city. The breakfast was decent, and since the weather was nice, we enjoyed eating outside on the patio. Overall, excellent value for money.

Breakfast was decent, not all stuff speak English. Gluten-free bread available.
City centre available by walking (30min).
We stayed in the room on a sunny side and it was unbearable to be inside during the day at all, despite the curtains. AC was not helping too since it was not working very well (room 314).

Double room we had was spacious. Relative easy access tram stops. An Italian restaurant within 3 minutes walk from hotel. Quiet neighbourhood.
Breakfast spread was good.
Air-con not functioning but open windows let in cool air.

Location and reception services.
Air conditioning was not working and it was not a privilege of our room. Our friend’s room was not working as well and the reception took me to visit an alternative room and it wasn’t working. Annoying as air conditioning availability was one of the reasons that chose the hotel.

Very friendly cheerful staff. Excellent breakfast selection. Pleasant garden option at breakfast.
The room was a good size.
Very good location both for public transport & for walking the city.
The air-conditioning didn't work well, but they had that in hand & were sorting it out.

Room were clean, Staff was very courteous & helpful, Location was Top-notch
Air Conditioning was not working. Had to struggle with it & finally slept without AIr Conditioning. Hotel provided us with just a Table Fan. Breakfast had very limited options for Vegetarians and when bread was over there was not supplementing.

Very comfortable bed and well laid out. Good storage and fridge for keeping things cool. The breakfast staff were very friendly and one of them gave me great recommendations on what to see in Munich including LMU. Quiet area perfectly located for us to explore from.
The plumbing seems to need some updating. If someone used the bathroom nearby, we got roasted in the shower. Also, when one of us used our sink and the other was in the shower, we had some sizeable temperature shifts. The room was a bit warm, would be great in winter months but probably oppressive in August.

Comfortable, clean room. Were upgraded, so added bonus. Good air con. Kettle & cups were provided on request. Able to keep fresh milk in mini bar fridge.
Staff welcoming & helpful.
Good selection at breakfast, fried eggs on request otherwise wide range of breads, meats, cheese, cereals, juices, etc
In a more residential area, about 8 mins from tram or subway, which needed to use to get around. Purchased a weekly public transport pass before arrival so beneficial.
