Room were clean, Staff was very courteous & helpful, Location was Top-notch
Air Conditioning was not working. Had to struggle with it & finally slept without AIr Conditioning. Hotel provided us with just a Table Fan. Breakfast had very limited options for Vegetarians and when bread was over there was not supplementing.

Very comfortable bed and well laid out. Good storage and fridge for keeping things cool. The breakfast staff were very friendly and one of them gave me great recommendations on what to see in Munich including LMU. Quiet area perfectly located for us to explore from.
The plumbing seems to need some updating. If someone used the bathroom nearby, we got roasted in the shower. Also, when one of us used our sink and the other was in the shower, we had some sizeable temperature shifts. The room was a bit warm, would be great in winter months but probably oppressive in August.

Comfortable, clean room. Were upgraded, so added bonus. Good air con. Kettle & cups were provided on request. Able to keep fresh milk in mini bar fridge.

Good selection at breakfast, fried eggs on request otherwise wide range of breads, meats, cheese, cereals, juices, etc
In a more residential area, about 8 mins from tram or subway, which needed to use to get around. Purchased a weekly public transport pass before arrival so beneficial.

The breakfasts were a highlight and the room was spacious.
There was construction noise from across the street and it was somewhat off the beaten track.

We were two guys and asked for separate bad that was not provided although we came early and warned and arrived back after 6 hours. On the day we were leaving we asked for the place to change our cloth as we had been already checked out, they did not provide us any room, place

The breakfast was very good and our servers were exceptionally friendly. Staff at desk was very accommodating and had our room ready upon arrival. This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with good restaurants where the locals ate.
A little too far off the Tram Line so you had to plan day trips accordingly. For many travelers that is too much walking everywhere. The upside is that our stay was reasonably priced and best of all quite so enjoyed a good night’s sleep.

Nothing about the property at all!
It would have been just perfect if the metro and the tram stations were a little more closer to the property…but that’s just a minor point!
