Very cozy room with clean, tasteful décor. The breakfast buffet offers excellent food selections, including traditional German items. The staff are courteous and very helpful. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Munich Central Station.
We had a second reservation for our last night in Munich. This time, our room was larger and had a nicer view. However, the bathroom’s walk-in shower had poor drainage — even a brief shower was enough to flood the entire bathroom floor (room #401).

I love this hotel! The staff is friendly, they always accommodate our requests for the same rooms each year. Within walking distance of the Ubahn and the area is completely safe.
Wifi not so good when you are relying for work. Room prices are typical for Oktoberfest. Plan on spending 2-3x normal rates for this time of year.

Good breakfast, clean rooms, and friendly staff at both reception and room service.
There was no Wi-Fi available, which was particularly inconvenient given the very weak 4G/5G coverage in the entire hotel area. Booking.com listing advertised “high-speed internet.”
Another drawback was the absence of a hotel bar.

Air conditioner dripped water on the floor and soaked the area during the night. It was a greater distance from old town Munich than I was led to believe.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights while visiting our daughter, who is studying abroad in Munich. We took the S-Bahn and tram with a short walk to the hotel, arriving early from our international flight with the plan to drop our bags, but also hoping for an early check-in (we arrived around 1 pm). The front desk staff was very accommodating and was able to get us into our room early, allowing us to take a quick shower before heading out.
The room was a good size for 2. Breakfast was great - I always enjoy a good German breakfast, and we were not disappointed. The little courtyard was a bonus, and we were able to spend time there both for breakfast and one evening before turning in for the night.

The place is very calm, nice location, not a lot of business around the area but easy to reach the metro, the breakfast is very complete and in the terrace.

Very comfortable bed and well laid out. Good storage and fridge for keeping things cool. The breakfast staff were very friendly and one of them gave me great recommendations on what to see in Munich including LMU. Quiet area perfectly located for us to explore from.
The plumbing seems to need some updating. If someone used the bathroom nearby, we got roasted in the shower. Also, when one of us used our sink and the other was in the shower, we had some sizeable temperature shifts. The room was a bit warm, would be great in winter months but probably oppressive in August.
