The location is okay once learning how to ride the tram or train. The terrace - like corner in the room with view of the garden. Breakfast is nice.
The bed and head board, the towel, pillow, comforter, all has weird smell. There was only 1 pillow that smells okay, the one thats in the cabinet. Then when the toilet bowl cover is left opened, it smells llike pee. The room was in the 1st floor. The room is clean but the above items smells.

Very clean htel and breakfast quite varied
From a four-star hotel I expect to have the option of making tea or coffee in my room.
In the bathroom there was only liquid soap. No conditioner or hair cap

The hotel is located close to the Mnchen Hbf, it only takes 7-10min to get there by U-bahn. It is also close to the city center, around 20 min walk or less than 10min by U-bahn. The hotel is in a quite, safe and nice street. The breakfast is very good, I loved the bread options and bagels, it was delicious. The waiters are so nice and helfpful. At the reception, staff was okay as well.
I wish I had a bigger bed in my room. And I also wish there was a kettle so you can make yourself a tea in the room. Otherwise, all good.

The room was very comfortable and clean
