The breakfast was very good.
I booked 2 rooms for 3 days, 1 for me and my wife and the other for my son and daughter. Our room which had a double bed was extremely again extremly small, the shower toilet area was slightly elevated from the room which posed tripping hazard especially at night. The AC did not work well and I raised a complaint to this. I had to follow up the next day if someone can look at this. No use to complain of the AC as they think it's normal. My son and daughters room was perfect and AC was working well and room size acceptable. The location was ok with short walks to marine platz and surrounds. Something to keep in mind if you bring a car, the parking in the hotel area is not for your average car or station wagen or sedan, if you have a 2 door smart car you might be Ok. Your car must fit into a lift that takes you down 1 floor where you will make 320 point turns to try and fit your car into a spot which is very narrow, if you come in or out of this parking area without scratching your car then you are good. I opted to paid parking in the street afterwards to avoid this nightmare again.
The internet is terrible, I asked if there was an issue with the internet and was told nobody else had issues or complaint then I thought it was only me but my son and daughter also couldn't use the internet as it keeps dropping..could not even send any messages on social media platforms..I had to used my data roaming package. This was my experience at the hotel and kudos to the Canadian receptionist or manager who was very friendly and providing advice and support where he could.

The hotel has a lot of potential, but it needs renovation. Outdated rooms (our room did not match the picture- it might be that there are renovated and not renovated rooms), small bathroom-shower in bathtub, uncomfortable beds.
