Disappointing
It was central and had parking.
Firstly there is construction which didn't bother us when staying but Google maps put us on an infinite loop because roads were not updated. We were lost for 30 minutes. I sent Google map edit suggestions. The rooms, beds and bathroom are very small. Bare basics room and bad pillows. We went down for breakfast with 30 minutes to spare but the staff was not happy about us being there and we felt very unwelcome when we asked for anything. Breakfast food was not bad. Front desk was very nice. I don't think this is a four star.

Very clean room and good breakfast, all the basics good or better.
After the check out I would feel a little better leaving the luggage if the luggage room would have a lock - and a door. It also is not within line of sight of personnel when they are working on the computer.

Location overall was very good. Due to construction in the arraignment was not as appealing but the hotel, my room and the breakfast were all above par. Requested early check in which was provided. Very nice staff, breakfast crew especially was very attentive
I was right next to the elevator but I had requested early check in, which was honored at 1100, so not really a complaint.

The location was excellent. On a quiet street, but an extremely short walk to areas with tons of restaurants. The Italian restaurant Vino e Gusto, mere steps to the right as you walk out of the hotel, was excellent! Bonus points if you like dogs - the owner’s two bulldogs are there, lounging around, and love to get petted. My room was small, but lovely and just fine for two people, and the AC in the room was excellent. Very nice front room staff and good breakfast buffet.
This is very typical of German hotels, but no wash cloths! You have to bring a hand towel into the shower to wash!

The rooms are small, and if you come by car, be aware that the hotel parking lot is very limited. Furthermore, it can't fit large cars, and even small cars need much maneuvering to park

Hotel was close to many places in the old town. The property was clean, rooms were just the right size for an overnight stay, and breakfast was great with a number of different options.
I have nothing negative to say about my stay here.

The staff is really nice. They kindly offered to send the items that we have forgotten in the room back to us by post. They were really helpful and friendly throughout the stay. The hotel itself is a great package overall. Clean, cozy, centrally located just 10 minutes from Marinenplatz. Breakfast was great as well, they had a lot of fresh vegetables. The bed was comfortable, no too soft and not too hard. Definitely coming back here whenever we are in Munich.
