Location could not have been better. We could walk to everything in the historic city center.
Our room was on the warm side and changing the thermostat did not have any discernable effect. We opened the window and it cooled off at night.

Excellent location, walkable in a few minutes to hofbrauhaus and marienplatz also easy train and tram stop at isartor Very welcoming front desk Breakfast hot and cold with cereals and toast bacon eggs sausage fruits etc
Rooms small, hallway too narrow so arms catch door entering or leaving bathroom basic with slightly different floor level so stubb your toes when entering not enough vanity space shower cubicle small and basic Lighting poor no central lighting in room. Side lamps inadequate to be of any use No milk in complimentary tea/ coffee tray Cleaning staff start too early and are chatting in halls

Building work in the area. No bar and one of our rooms had no air conditioning and the temperature was stuck at 24 degrees. When we enquired if it could be fixed, the staff member did not know. It was not resolved until the final night of our stay.
