Very close to Marienplatz and other tourist attractions. Also a 10 min walk from the train station, and 17 min walk from Flixbus station. Clean and had free takeaway bread and coffee every morning. Excellent value for money. Will def be back.
A little noisy since beside the main road and an office.

The bed is super comfortable. Small room but everything works fine. Nice with a free breakfast snack. Very central situated.
It is a little noisy and the room is not dark enough at night. The shades don't make it dark.

The location is good, a few minutes walk from the train station. There are a number of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. There is luggage storage in the basement, 2 euro fee, plenty of room in each locker Easy access to S1/S8 to the airport Free snacks at the reception
There were no kettles and we requested one There was no mini fridge. The aircon didn't work properly, it got very hot and had to open the windows

Bed was super comfortable & the shower was wonderful. Staff was very kind & helpful! Location is great.
This room is tiny, like TINY. Would be perfect for a solo trip but with someone else you are awkwardly squeezing past one another around the room. Also bed is against the wall so you have to climb over the other person if need be.

Disappointing
The property is new and in general things are very clean and well maintained. Compare to a lot of hotels in Munich Hauptbahnhof, this I would say is of good standard. If you are looking to just stay for night, then it would work. The room is compact but with sufficient storage space.
However I did discover one bed bug in the bed so that really is quite unacceptable.
