Located right near the central station it was the perfect location to get to the areas of town we needed to get too. Our first time staying in a micro hotel so it was a bit of an adjustment but it was so cute and served its purpose. The bed was comfortable and the added luggage storage was perfect for travelers. We landed at 8 am so keeping our luggage there was very key!
Small and cozy...worked for a few night stays would not recommend for extended stay.

The location.
I had high expectations for the Buddy Hotel in Munich given the price, but unfortunately, my stay was disappointing on several fronts. First, the room was extremely small—so cramped, in fact, that I had to climb over my wife just to reach the bathroom at night. The shower, while decorated with a large sunflower image, had no shelves or space to put soap or toiletries. To make matters worse, the soap dispensers were empty and weren’t refilled even after housekeeping visited. Speaking of housekeeping, I was surprised to learn that you have to specifically request your room to be cleaned. I’ve traveled extensively, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such a policy. While I eventually got used to the small size of the room, the service at the front desk made things worse. The male receptionist was consistently curt and unhelpful, sometimes even sarcastic. When I asked to borrow an iron, he simply told me it wasn’t available and didn’t bother to let me know when it might be. When we needed to store our luggage, we weren’t informed that the lockers required a 2-euro cash payment. Not only did the hotel not have change available, but the vending machine used to get change was also malfunctioning and couldn’t read bills—an issue other guests were experiencing as well. Additionally, one of the lockers (number 12) wouldn’t close, so we lost our money and received no assistance. Overall, I expected much better service and amenities for the price I paid. The combination of cramped rooms, lack of basic supplies, and poor customer service left me very disappointed. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to others.

Bed was comfy. I’m glad there were blinds (automatic and you can let in as much light as you wanted. Not completely blackout though) Seemed clean which is always a plus. Plenty of shelves/storage areas (especially for a small space This place was good for what I needed it to be while I was in Munich.
Definitely a really compact sized room , which is fine but I wasn’t expecting that compact of a space. Damages on the mirror Damages on the wall The drop down desk had a broken hinge Coffee machine did not work TV didn’t work (no connection) Taker stopped working (lost connection?) Luckily I didn’t need any of these things when I stayed, but I definitely don’t want to be liable for those things if almost everything wasn’t working. This was also during a soccer tournament that I was not aware of and the rate was extremely high for the type of room I got. I also wasn’t familiar with the area, so it was definitely “downtown sketchy” so I didn’t even go out at night. The lobby isn’t huge but the staff were really helpful and nice.
