Wonderful
This hotel was the perfect spot for our stay in Munich - close to Old Town, within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see, and in a good neighborhood. The room was spotlessly clean, laid out efficiently, and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful as well as speaking fluent German and English, which was a huge help on our first day in country. We were even able to securely store our luggage until our room was ready (we arrived early).

The location is also it's weakness and the entrance to the hotel is a bit difficult to figure out first time (probably if you came late it would be quite difficult).

Wonderful
Adequate for 1-2 nights, but very small for a longer stay. The bed is lovely, location convenient. We loved the coffee machine and kettle and hair dryer in the room. Aircon also a big +. The take aways every day helped a lot with our budget!

The room is compact with a shower. It is designed in a way that you have a couch, a shower and a small basin. They also offer coffee machine in the room with sugar and milk. It was small but very user friendly. I loved the innovation. The location is perfect, close to the train station and bus stop. Very close to where most tour buses pick up tourists, so very convenient, especially for solo travelers who are still getting accustomed to the city. They also offer on the go baked goods and coffee in the morning, which I really liked because I did not have to plan for breakfast before going on tours, I could pick up the goods and coffee and eat while en route in the bus.
There were a lot of people sitting outside the hotel door smoking when I arrived, which made me wonder a little about safety. Also, any one can easily follow behind you when you open the door, but there are cameras, so I guess it is safe.

Disappointing
The young woman who checked me out in the morning was friendly and courteous. Also, while it's a noisy area, it's close to old town and the main train station.
The guy working the front desk in the evening had an awful attitude. He was quite rude and seemed annoyed to do his job (which took all of 20 seconds). Rooms are like walk-in closets and smell strongly of rotten eggs. The bathroom fan is super noisy and barely works, so you have to keep windows open all night. Police sirens all night - noise cancelling headphones are an absolute must if you want to sleep for more than 5 minutes at a time. Absolutely not worth the price. Spend a little more and get a real hotel. You're worth it.

Felt incredibly safe with secure keycard entry to main front door and to access the floors where the rooms were Excellent location, literally directly on top of a UBahn/SBahn station so travel to and from airport was easy Within short walking distance of Marienplatz and the old town Free breakfast snacks daily (fruit and baked goods) Quirky interior design with super comfy beds in a surprisingly spacious room
