Very welcoming l, friendly and well trained staff.
Comfortable and very clean facilities and room.
Surprise, exceeding expectations.
I’ll recommend it to anybody looking for an affordable hotel accommodation in Munich and book it for myself and family next time

The hotel is located very close to the metro station at only 2 stops from Marienplatz.
The staff is professional and courteous.
The building is a little bit old.

all the staff were lovely, breakfast was great and the room was very nice for the price you may. also appreciated the daily housekeeping
No hot water and pretty far walk to the main area of Munich and train station - however very easy to navigate

The hotel is located near the underground. So convenient.I really enjoyed the breakfast. The room was so clean, neat and well-decorated. I would visit and stay there again if I visited Munich again. Thank you for all.

Location. Close to the center. A kind woman serving breakfast.
1. Too hot in the room.
2. WIFI did not work at all.
3. Small rooms for one pearson.
4. You must return the key every time you leave the hotel.

The receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. Rearranged my room so I was able to check in right at noon.
The night I was there it was super hot, temperatures outside were 30+ and the room had no aircon but a ceiling fan… So it was ok, even with aircon it might have been even better.

The location is great! The entrance of subway is just at the gate of the hotel. The breakfast is surprisingly nice! I didn’t expect it’s such a descent meal!
Everything is good except that the temperature in the room is high and no air conditioning with only a fan.

It is close to city center with a metro station just in front of the hotel. Facilities are basic but super clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
