EVERYTHING. Lovely staff. Breakfast included. Old German charm. A block from Oktoberfest. I had to find a place close, as our other hotel was booked our last night. Right close & 100 euros less; Hotel Brack was exceptional find! The gentleman who worked the desk was wonderful, kind & funny. I will stay here next year!
No a/c . But then most in Germany do not have. There were oscillating fans that kept the room cool. We had unusually warm weather, but I was not in this hotel those nights. Our stay & temperature was fine.

Wonderful place with old fashioned hospitality. It has everything you need. Breakfeast is served at your table and you do not to walk around a buffet. I recommend it!

Even though the hotel is on a busy street when you close the shutter and window the room is silent. The Pocc U5/6 is within a reasonable distance that any other form of transport isn't needed. Keep going past the Ubahn and there are two grocery stores with good food and on your way back the Gelato place is a must.
What I didn't like wasn't particularly about the hotel but more the city. Food availability in the immediate area for quick bites or solo dinners were not easy to come by if you wanted anything other than Mediterranean and Curry.

Spacious room, very clean, very comfortable, good facilities, great staff and awesome breakfast. Ubahn at the door. The staff went out of their way to make you feel at home. Excellent value.
