Location is great, walking distance to marienplatz, viktualienmarkt and subway. İ got an upg and double room was big enough, maybe a bigger bath would be better if you are bulky but was ok, cleaned everyday

Hotel dated; two single beds were moved next to each other to create a Double Bed. Staff incompetent; or none existing.
Radiator was making constant noise during the night and kept us awake.

The location is excellent. Eataly is right in front, and it’s very central. The staff were always kind and attentive. A special thanks to Nika, who not only recommended an excellent restaurant, but also patiently put up with our many questions, always answering them graciously.
We wanted to have breakfast at the hotel once, but €30 seemed too expensive to us.

Disappointing
The staff were professional and very friendly and helpful. Although dated, the rooms were clean (except for some mould in the bathrooms due to poor ventilation, as none had windows).
We had a standard double room on the second floor, which was tiny (effectively a bed, a toilet and a shower) for the price we paid. However, the worst part was that the street-facing part of the hotel is directly opposite a parking facility and an indoor restaurant market place. The noise from the street from cars moving in and out of the parking facility and trucks unloading supplies for the restaurants and shops was very loud. It was impossible to leave the window open and even with a closed window (in a tiny room) the noise resulted in a very uncomfortable night. If you like to listen to cars during the night and wake up at 6am to trucks unloading supplies for 30min with forklifts and lots of shouting involved then you will love the room. After a terrible night, we requested another room and were offered to pay extra and upgrade to a bigger room facing the courtyard. This room was on the third floor and quiet, thankfully, but looked quite dated (associations with Soviet Union style rooms with red carpets and dark oak furniture came to mind). There is not much else in the hotel to talk about. We did not opt for the breakfast as it was about EUR 30 per person and there are a lot more attractive cafes with cheaper and better food options within a few minutes by foot around the hotel.

Good size and quiet room, excellent breakfast, excellent location
The bathroom was very small compared to the room size. The shower was extremely difficult to get into and out of due to one side of the shower door opening to the inside, and that only partially.

Our goal was to stay within a short walking distance to the Marienplatz in the Altstadt.
This hotel was so convenient to get to the areas we wanted to visit. We will stay there again when we return to Munich,
