Convenient to the central train station, S-Bahn and Marienplatz. Friendly staff. Large room for our family. Price was great. Front desk associate made a point to tell us not to wander south of hotel as it is not the safest area.
Heater stuck at 84F. Staff said others had complained so no fans available. Would not have made a difference. Turned off unit and opened windows to enjoy the 40F air outside. If in the summer, this would be unbearable! Bad TV options for nighttime viewing

Location was great. Very near the old town and main train station Staff were very friendly Bed and pillows where comfortable
Toilet and bath had a weird smell. We decided not to change the room coz it was already late and we wanted to sleep.

Great location next to the main train station. Beds were clean and comfortable with a very clean bathroom.
No air conditioner at this time of year made for a warm room. Windows could be opened but the street below is very noisy.

The only thing we didn't like was that we got a room at the front, facing the main street, which was very noise.

The gentleman at the desk was polite and extremely helpful. Close to the Hop on Hop off bus. Easy to locate the hotel from the train station.
