Very clean amd comfortable. Welcoming staff.
One of the two pillows was too soft and lacked support.
It would be a good idea to have a small seat or stool in the bathroom as it's not ideal to use the hairdrier while standing.
The hotel is near the main station but telling the customer which exit would be a big help.

We stayed for one night and are very happy with the experience. The stuff was friendly and let us leave our luggage while we were waiting for a train. The room was clean and nice

Room was a good size and the shower was one I could actually turn around in without bashing my elbows. The HVAC worked well and security was good.
The shower and bathroom floors were very slippery when they got wet. It would have been nice to have snack options at the hotel, but there were a number of places very close.
