Really close to Marienplatz and the train station, so super easy to get around. Beds were really comfortable.
It's a bit loud at nighttime if you're at the front of the hotel, trams run all night and it's a very busy street. The location is great, it's just a shame about the noise.

The hotel was easily accessible from the main train station and was also close to the Karlsplatz station which had a direct S-train to the airport when we departed. Easily walkable to most central sights. We were welcomed warmly by front desk staff and throughout our stay all staff members we encountered were exceptional. The room was spacious and bright and the sofabed was made up as requested. The sofabed was located away from the main bed so it provided a small degree of privacy. The room was very clean and quiet as it was located away from the street. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. There was also a large fan provided for extra cooling and air circulation in the room. We appreciated the complimentary water, tea and coffee provided Nice shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. Overall, we were happy we found this hotel. It was a great value for a hotel that is so centrally located.
The room decor was slightly dated. The lights would flicker or have a power surge when someone turned on the light in the bathroom. We did not complain about this as it was a fairly minor inconvenience. As others have mentioned the area immediately around the hotel is not the best but it is typical of a major city near a train station. we never felt unsafe.

Very comfortable beds, large shower, close to train, tram, Glockenspiel and restaurants. A great coffee shop close by. Customer service was friendly and helpful.

This is a very basic facility. No restaurant, bar or breakfast offered. Sketchy part of town. Really nothing to write home about.

Location was great! Lots of restaurants nearby and is a lively place
The A/C was not working. I specifically looked for a hotel with A/C and this didn’t work on these super hot nights. When I called the reception, I was told there is only one A/C unit for the entire building and takes lot of time to cool down. They provided a standing fan as we couldn’t sleep because of the heat! The head shower didn’t work and the hair dryer didn’t work either.
