Great location, friendly staff. Not a big selection of breakfast, but I liked it anyway. I definitely recommend, and I will come again
It’s noisy outside. Not for a sleep in either because the lorry comes at 7 am to pick up glass waste

In the beginning I was given a room without a window. Officially there was a window but it led to inside of the hotel, right to the toilets.
After arguing with booking, I was given another room, with a window. But after I tried to open it, it just fell down on me with all its heaviness.
Finally, I was given a third room. But in the morning, I was asked to pay for the broken window! I was surprised but luckily I had a video of the episode. The administration didn’t plan to change the laundry btw although I sat on the beds in each of my first two rooms.

It is a clean facility in a very nice area of Munich
They are not having parking, even on booking are apearing an hotel with parking.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to Marienplatz and right next to the subway, making it convenient for getting around. The accommodation is very comfortable, the breakfast is great, and the staff are all very helpful. Highly recommended.
The pillows could be a bit more comfortable, though that might just be my personal preference.
