Even last day when I checkout I inform at reception i will leave at 4 am ,they switch off the lift and I took my baggage through out by stairs from 3rd floor

Parking is available but not at the hotel. You have to pay 45€ per day more to leave your car and then you walk back to the hotel for 5 minutes…

The room was spacious, hot and clean. The location was superb, just in the city centre close to everything. The receptionist Marina and her colleague the brunette girl, were very friendly and helped us with the lots of information. Highly recommended

Munich hypercenter, public parking close but expensive.
The people from hotel were fully carrying, very good guest, the place is clean and functionnal, best value for money i think.
It's an old building in the center, here we dont speak about views,

The location is super! Not so far from main train station (15 min by walk) and right on the pedestrial street that leads to the town center and Marienplatz (5 min b walk) .Underground or tram stop very close (1 min by walk), good enough to carry our luggages without effort.
There were nothing that I didn't like.

Close to all amenities, staff go above and beyond from ensuring you know where everything is, to helpful hints and tips. The lady who checked us in on Thursday morning could not have been more helpful and informative. A real credit to the hotel, a gem of a member of staff. We loved our stay.

Location was good. Was very close to a small Christmas market. Was very roomy and clean.
Has a Shower over a bathtub. Very squeezy. Appeared to be a leak in the bathroom and the floor was very wet. A small bar fridge would be useful to store some drinks in.
