Location was great for our purposes, which was to be near our niece’s apartment in the West End.
Our room smelled like someone had smoked in it in the not-too-distant past. the bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast was OK and a not terrible value.

Location is good, 2 stations to Marienplatz. In April it was so warm in the room and comfy.
Hotel is old, in the room was a little smell from the toilet.

The location was the only good thing about this place, since it’s located near the Oktoberfest
Rooms were pretty dirty, beds uncomfortable, shower was broken. They provide one bottle of water for the whole stay, otherwise you can buy one for 3 €(!). Owners weren’t nice at all. I would avoid next time in Munich
