We went for the oktoberfest, the location was amazing.
The bathroom does not have any window nor ventilation system.. is like a cave. Room does not have A/C.

Location was great for our purposes, which was to be near our niece’s apartment in the West End.
Our room smelled like someone had smoked in it in the not-too-distant past. the bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast was OK and a not terrible value.

The location was the only good thing about this place, since it’s located near the Oktoberfest
Rooms were pretty dirty, beds uncomfortable, shower was broken. They provide one bottle of water for the whole stay, otherwise you can buy one for 3 €(!). Owners weren’t nice at all. I would avoid next time in Munich

The position is good to reach the city center with public transportation. Nice staff and the possibility to have a parking garage.
The bathrooms were clean but quite outdated.

The property is near Bus and Train Stations. We booked this property during the Eras Tour. We arrived earlier than the check in time. We booked three rooms and asked if we can check in early to prepare for the concert. Good thing one room is available after lunch. The staff is very accommodating.
