Location is great.
Worst nights sleep ever. My husband dsughter and I stayed there. Got little sleep. Very loud with street noise as have to sleep with windows open otherwise temperature is uncomfortable.

Hotel located close to the Hauptbahnhof so it was perfect for one night in Munich.
No issues as I stayed in spring time. But the room has no air conditioning so may become hot in summer.

the location turned out to be quite good: right in front of metro station and with an airport bus stop right in front of the door
the room was very 1950's with no king nor queen bed but instead 3 single beds next to each other. I had the feeling about being in a dorm in an old German TV novela. wifi was not working and I had to hotspot myself throughout my stay. the bathroom was equally rudimentary. I still cannot believe I was charged so much for so little comfort...

The location is great for accessing various modes of transport: the main station is just across the street that means also the metro, taxi stop around the corner, the airport shuttle bus stops in front of the hotel, and the Flixbus hub is in walking distance (10-15 minutes). If you don't want to walk, then take the train from the main station to the next stop, or the tram. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Stayed in a single room. The room has a simple set up: smaller single mattress (80cm wide?), a small TV (only local channels available), a writing desk & chair, and a small safe installed in the closet. All in all, it is a nice hotel with good value for money.
The room on the first night was facing the main station and the noise of the tram and the traffic can be heard until quite late. Light sleepers should request a room on the quieter side of the hotel. I asked for the room to be changed after the first night and the staffs were kind to arrange that.

Close to railway station.
Small room with many beds so very congested. Not a double room as booked. Everything was old and worn out. Receptionist was quite abrupt and rude.

Position is very good. Metro and central station ver close.
The room was too small for 4 people. The elevator was old and slow. You can hear noise from the road and the train station. Hangers were missing. The pillows were very uncomfortable. A bit dusty under the beds.
