Nice and clean hotel with a price worth it. There is paid parking available, which is great. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious enough and clean. The breakfast is very, very good.
Indeed, there are no air conditioners, which is a problem in the summer. In addition, the rooms on the lowest floor are partly below ground level—the windows are large, but since they are at ground level, it is dark. Besides that, it feels more stuffy than on the upper floor, where the breakfast area is located.

The third bed in the triple room was not very comfortable (it looked like fold-out sofa). Other two beds were ok.

Nice quiet place, very good breakfast. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds.

Good location to walk to the main attractions.
But the hotel itself is terrible. Creaky wooden stairs, poor breakfast, no air conditioning in the room in the heat, it was terrible. Very expensive parking near - 30 euros per night

Stayed here for 4 nights. Peaceful location close to sub with very nice staff. My room was retro type old fashioned but I liked this style. Lobby and breakfast area very clean and nicely decorated. Can recommend if you are not expecting high end hotel.
WIFI connection was a bit poor but this is topical in many German hotels

A convenient hotel for stay in center of Munich, it’s good to have garage for driving, costs €15 per day, but you need to make sure your skill is good enough to pass through the narrow entrance. Enough space for three persons.
It would be hot in summer because there is no air conditioning , and it has mosquitos when open the window. Pillows are thin, it would better to have two pillows.

Located conveniently between the place I needed to be for work, relatively close to the centre and close to metro
The main complaint is that the water on the shower was alternating between warm and cold. In general I would not rate the room as top.
