- great clean swimming pool with long availability
- good location with easy access to public transport

- nice water fill-up machines with free Monin flavors (some variety can make it better)
- good light blankets and different pillow available upon request
- nice neighborhood
- not friendly evening staff: esp an old handsome man staying at some nights
- bathroom in the room did not smell well
- people smoking in balconies, making it difficult to leave windows open at night
- Room Airco can only be adjusted within 22-24C (you can set other temp but there is a note it does not follow outside the mentioned range), with heating disabled
- hotel restrooms in the lobby (floor -1) were almost always smelling awfull as someone has smoked inside, not sure if some staff use the toilets to smoke but it is very annoying to use it
- sofa beds very uncomfortable, you can feel the bars under your back. also very noisy
- also the main bed mattress are too soft and worn. need to be renewed.

Oldschool, proper and clean with great breakfast for a fair price. Best value ever.
Wellness is perhaps a bit too oldschool but still clean with properly hot saunas. Textilfrei-heit could be somewhat better signalled for foreigners to understand.

Friendly staff. A tranquil room and a nice bathroom. Good breakfast, but the coffee was weak.
The hotel has two free parking lots, but if you come in the evening, the both a full. You will have it hard to find a parking space in the street.

Traveled with my son still recovering from brain surgeries, he needed to sleep in the afternoon and staff suddenly came in after they had already cleaned the room

The room was nice and clean. Everything was great. Receptionists are nice and very kind. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options to choose from. I can't speek for the pool since I only stayed for a night and didn't bother to visit it. Parking your car is free, you can also leave it on the street.
Altogether, a nice hotel to stay in if you're visiting Munchen.
Maybe a bit difficult to find a parking space, but you can leave your car on the street for free

The staff was really gentle and helpful, and the breakfast very good.
I also find the location very convenient to my goals in the city (working, not vacations).
The WiFi. It was terrible. I could not work at all. Even downloading a 600 kb picture failed....
If you are just looking for a nice place to relax after a day exploring the city, great, good place. If you need to get some work done, I would not recommend this accommodation.
I also had a bad experience with the pillow. It was too floppy and soft for me. But that is a personal taste.
Disclaimer! I stayed in house number 2. I do not know how WiFi would be in the other buildings of the hotel.

Everything was just perfect.
and options in breakfast were too good. I loved all the items.
Great Experience.
Will never forget it.
Some waiters didn't know the English language, so it was difficult to get help.
But its not their fault, people speak German here so it's normal.
