Fantastic value for the money. Great location with quick access to Munich's public transportation system but also quick to the Autobahn. Very, very quiet.
Parking can be a hit or miss. The hotel is in a residential area and has limited parking.
The restaurant is in the basement which makes it less attractive but the food is fine.

Too much traffic noise when open window. No kettle or coffee facilities in room, no fridge.

the breaksfast is really good, the staff is very nice and very attentive
sauna is a "no textile" I think is a bit too much for those who are not so comfortable with it

The property is very clean and the staff very friendly.
The location. It is about 20/25 minutes for the city center and very far from the underground station. We have to walk about 700/800 meters in a residential area close the big park, I was confident to leave the hotel after 6pm on my own. I am not from Germany, don’t speak the language and was traveling solo.
