Breakfast buffet was superb. All the facilities were well maintained.
While the hotel is well out of the city centre, it is very close to a U-Bahn station which links directly to the centre.

The sofa bed wasn't comfortable to sleep on. But the bed according to my friends was.

The property is clean, the pool & the sauna is a plus .. the room has everything you want and there is also a vending machine for drinks & snacks .. i really nice place to stay in munich
The sheet they provide is very small it keeps falling at night, this is a small detail that the property could adjust

Breakfast was great and everything was always stocked. Quiet location. Pleasant walk (nice area, beautiful houses) to trains with quick service to city! Restaraunt is special :)
Gym equipment was 20 years old. No mini-fridge in room.
