Great location near the river waterfront and park. We booked the suite which was beautiful and spacious, bedroom, living area and two bathrooms. Hotel front desk staff was excellent. They gave us coffee and croissants after we missed the morning breakfast after sleeping in from jet lag!

Breakfast was a great European style buffet with various meats, cheeses, hard or soft boiled eggs, breads, croissants, jams, etc.... Something for everyone. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
No mini fridge in room. Parking garage near hotel was very convenient but did not open until 7am. Make sure to get hotel stamp for parking, 5 euro discount per night with in and out option.

Property was gorgeous and very big spacious. and accessbilty to famous location is also perfect. from the station to this hotel was a little bit far for walk, we really enjoyed this hotel just one night with 3 adults.

Breakfast was decent, staff had good knowledge of allergerns. Good location and access to public transport. Nice amount of space in the room.
Upon arrival, we were given a room that differed from the one we had originally booked. Unfortunately, we didn't realise this at the time, as we were exhausted from our flight and went straight to the room to sleep. When the issue was raised, the hotel staff blamed me for not notifying them sooner, rather than taking responsibility for the booking discrepancy. The issue was eventually resolved after contacting Booking.com, and we received a refund of approximately 10% of the booking. However, the way the situation was handled left a bad impression and soured our overall stay. The cleanliness of the room was also a concern. My wife and I both experienced sinus issues while inside the room, which noticeably improved when we were outdoors. While I cannot say for certain what caused this, it raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. Overall, the mishandling of the room booking issue and concerns about cleanliness made for a disappointing experience. We would have expected better service and accommodation for the price paid.

Decent location close to center.
No phone in room. No knowledegable staff onsite after 3pm. No staff at all after 11pm. No smart TV and TV was tiny. All this unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.

The comfortable bed, clean room, hot shower, location was a nice quiet area, but still within walking distance to the centre of Munich. The continental breakfast was very sufficiant. Friendly staff.
We checked into the room and there was two bottles of water for us, which we consumed, unfortunetly the water was not restocked the following days. The room could do with a kettle, coffee and tea.
