Location was excellent within walking distance of most sights. The breakfast was really good with many options. We loved the outside sitting area; very peaceful. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

Good location, check in was easy and staff were very friendly and helpful
Unfortunately, the a/c stopped working during our stay and couldn't be fixed. We decided to leave a day early and find a different hotel due to the heat. They were refunded a night's stay which was appreciated.

Perfect location for exploring the heart of Munich. A short walk to everything you want to see and do. The free breakfast was excellent with a large selection of fresh friut, breads, meats, cheeses, cereals.

The air conditioning went out, but it wasn't really their fault. There were a few days of very hot weather. It wasn't repaired over the weekend, making be the room uncomfortably hot.

The hotel has been renovated so the bathrooms are new. The bed and linen were high quality. The neighborhood is quiet and you can have a good sleep by night. The breakfast is very good and the garden is beautiful.
When we arrived at night to do the check in, a young men received us, but he was too busy talking with his friend he didnt even say hello to us. Not very welcoming. The rest of the stuff was kind, specially the lady from the breakfast area.

Hot weather, Air condition didn’t work through our stay. Balcony railing’s glasses cracked. Looks like abandoned space. Room was too small without any means to help with luggage. No telephone in the room.

Comfortable room, excellent shower, delightful breakfast, helpful staff, good location for many restaurants and two grocery stores nearby. 5 minutes walk to the Isartor underground stations d a tram stop before that. And the garden behind the hotel is lovely, a great place for breakfast or an afternoon beer. There is a bar with beer and wine available
We didn't need a minibar, but a small refrigerator is always helpful. There were no instructions on how to use the safe. And the WiFi was weak and unreliable, dropping off and on

Clean property. Location was good. Staff friendly. Delicious breakfast!
Air conditioning did not cope with the heat. Awful sleep because it was extremely hot. Needed to have a cold shower during the night. One night I had three showers!! Better to visit Europe in the cooler months.
