Location. Very friendly staff.
Breakfast opening at 7h30 makes it slightly tight for leaving for work meetings but this is very minor.

Lovely hotel about 10 min walk to Marienplatz and easy to find your way around. Only a few minutes from the SBan to get to airport etc. Staff are super friendly and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The showers were lovely. We slept very well here. I would have preferred a cooked breakfast but the cold buffet was nice. Plenty of cereal & fruit, breads etc. There's also a little cafe next door that does cooked eggs etc if you want so it was not really a problem for us.

The room was quite spacious, nicely decorated, quiet and the bed felt very comfortable. I very much loved that we could warm the bathroom floor. I personally have very cold feet and always dreaded hotel bathrooms for being particularly cold when not used.
Staff was very kind, flexible and understanding to our needs. One of us unfortunately became sick and mostly bed ridden from food we got for takeaway (nothing to do with the food offered by the hotel, we just got extremely unlucky with food sourced from an office canteen) and hotel staff helped us manage some difficulties we had during our stay.
When it comes to breakfast, it very much depends on each person's preferences and expectations. I am a musli/ oats with yoghurt kind of person, so in that area the hotel provided more than I could ask for. Otherwise, for people expecting a variety of foods cooked in various ways, breakfast was definitely not varied enough. For example, if you wished to have eggs, the only option we found was the boiled egg, no scrambled, no fried. They do provide a bit of everything (coffee, tea, breads, pastry, cold cuts, fruits, olives, yoghurt), but if I were to rate breakfast compared to prior experience, I would perhaps rate it 7/10.

Room and bathroom were very spacious for a city centre hotel and for the price. Location was very central with cafes and restaurants nearby, and just a 10 minute walk to the old town centre. Close to the tram stop. Breakfast was fine and included in price.
