The breakfast Selection was outstanding as were the servers, the linen and freshness of the fruit. I was delighted at the ambiance of the breakfast area.
I had quite a lot of laundry done and it was back in 4 hours, neatly pressed.

Everyone I spoke to was helpful, friendly and willing.
The hotel is in a good position, close to the centre of the city and 50 metres from the museum.
The shower didn’t work properly and I told staff about it.
The towels were too thin.
There was no conditioner in the shower or a shower cap.

Quiet location near Isartor S bahn station. Very good breakfast, attentive staff. Fresh tea leaves in teapots always welcome. Plenty of vartied fruits. Reception staff friendly.

Lovely and surprisingly quiet, stylish boutique hotel. Near to the centre of the Old Town (approx 10 minute walk). Fantastic Museum of Science & Technology is very close. Comfortable beds and pleasant staff. Great breakfast.
No mini bar or fridge in room, which I had expected. Expensive accommodation for me, however as I have not stayed in Munich before, I cannot compare.

Located in a quiet street but only 10 mins walk from the centre of the old town. Perfectly located for the Deutches Museum. Lots of good restaurants within a short walk of the hotel.

Breakfast was great. The location was close to most of the things we wanted to see. Very short walk to the train station. We were able to take the train to the airport no problem. The room was a good size with lots of electrical/USB outlets.
The bathroom was newly remodeled but cramped. Breakfast area was good but small.

Walking distance to Marienplatz and other main attraction in the Old town, 2 stops via subway to central main station by taking S2 from and to Isartorplatz . Great neighbourhood, very safe to walk at night. Home to a lot of great and authentic Bavarian restaurants. Breakfast is good to have for start of the day.
It’s too expensive for what you get. Room is too small, I could have stayed at the Ritz for that price. cleaning crew left the bed cover on the floor, don’t use the throw pillows, it smelled like it hasn’t been washed for a while !

The hotel’s location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from Viktualienmarkt and the old town.
Breakfast is rich and varied, with excellent and attentive service from the staff.
In fact, the entire hotel team—from reception to maintenance and the breakfast staff—went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The rooms are pleasant and comfortable (we stayed in one overlooking the garden), with a very cozy bed and plenty of space.
Highly recommended!
Honestly, nothing—the hotel exceeded all our expectations.

It was a wonderful hotel in good location. The hotel had a deal with the nearby parking garage that worked out well. Breakfast was very good and special requests were immediately handled (more towels, etc.).

The room was very spacious and clean. It was nicely decorated. The bed was quite comfortable. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast which included meats, cheeses, fresh pastries, fruit, eggs, juice, coffee and tea. Everything was delicious. This location was in a quiet neighborhood which was a short walk to the Metro (S-Bahn) station. There were many nice restaurants nearby within walking distance and Uber rides were quick to arrive when needed. I liked the towel drying racks in the bathroom. There were many outlets to use for charging your devices.

Excellent location as most attractions are walkable. Plus the room was spacious and comfortable. Also the included breakfast was quite good. For my wife and I it was perfect. Also the staff handling the breakfast were friendly and helpful. All staff were also friendly and helpful.
