The location in quiet neighborhood and close to the city center and s-bahn station. Good breakfast.
The TV did not work (no signal for channels). The room was too warm and the wifi was spotty, and had to move to other side of the room when it dropped.

Clean and comfortable beds and rooms. Breakfast was pretty good with a variety of choices.
The smell of smoke from guests who smoke at the balcony during breakfast time whiff into the dining area.

Friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable, spacious, and in good repair. Excellent variety at breakfast. An ample number of umbrellas for the rainy days.
