Only stayed one night but I wouldn't recommend staying for a long period of time. Hotel was ok, location was excellent - being just a quick walk to the old city. Room was a decent size and the pillows were lovely. It was clean and comfortable for the length of time we were there.
The door to the bathroom clearly has water damage so we were unable to close it. With the lay out of the bathroom this meant that we would be blocked into the shower by the bathroom door...they also only provided shampoo and not conditioner. My husband found the bed to be too hard.

Location and breakfast veraity.
The attitude of a certain duty manager (she) that refused to fix the problem created by the hotel using all kind of excuses. The excuse was the hotel does informed us he will do its best to follow the requests (I had 2 along with a selection of a double king size bed). The hotel did not inform me of any change of the requested room while expecting me to get any room available. The is outrageous. I will never ever stay in this hotel. The next day duty manager tried to fix the issue but even here promises is one thing and actual room was another.

Modern spacious hotel with friendly staff and nice breakfast. Not in the center of the attraction but feel very safe around the area, walking distance to train the station or street car station and only few stops to Marienplatz. Actually hotel is connected with under ground shopping mall with a nice supermarket and restaurant, also connected with S-Bahn Rosenheimer Platz station
If you are traveling with a large suitcase, a little bit of distance from the S bahn station but no problem for every day outing
