Wonderful
The number and setup of beds for me and my three children was flexible and overall a good experience. I was able to get everyone comfortably situated relatively easily, and the size of the room was above average.
No real complaints of note. The only small thing is the lack of parking directly at the hotel--the free parking is a good distance away, and even the parking garage is a bit of a walk. That is to be expected, though, and the overall facility was excellent.

They did not give omlettes or scrambled eggs in the breakfast, this is really weird considering its a star hotel and they do not serve eggs in the morning.

The location is great. Close to the train station. Very quiet and cozy. The bartender Alex, was awesome!! The food was some of the best wed had while on vacation.

Rooms are spacious and cozy. Beds are comfy. Parking garage can handle large vehicles with direct access from hotel.
Nothing but the Hotel is showing some age.

A little to far from the city. Need to catch train or taxi to get. So allow 25 minutes from the train station near the hotel to the central one.

I liked the place. Quiet nice acually. A bit far from the central station but gets fast if you take train.
Good Personal, and good service.
I Did not like that the rooms was not 100% Clean and really expensive breakfast.

For 25 the breakfast should have everything but not this one. And the rooms was good but it was dirty wich i did not find nice

Check-in was really fast. It seemed like one of the receptionist had 24hour shift. We checked in and she was there to greet us with big smile and next morning when we checked out she was still wearing that friendly smile. Children really liked family room, since it was 2-stories. Free parking and good restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was excellent it had a great variety, and the omelets that were made fresh on request were also excellent. The room had a safe and refrigerator and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, amenities which I appreciated.
The room I had during the first part of my trip was great. When I returned, I was given a room that must have been one of the older rooms; it was dark and dingy. I requested another room which was an improvement, but the shower was very small, and the bathroom door couldnt be opened fully because it hit the commode. This was very tricky at night when there was no light. Although helpful, some of the staff members were not particularly friendly. I stayed at that hotel because it was near relatives, but if your goal is to see Munich, getting there from this hotel is not that easy.
