Very Good
Hotel is clean, bed was comfortable, it has a restaurant and lobby bar so all in all everything you need for considerably lower price you'd pay for a similar place closer to the centre. There is U3 metro line stop close by so easy to reach. All in all good value for your money.
Location is quite far out south in an area where not much is happening. It has a metro stop close by so transport to the centre and airport is relatively straight forward but takes 30 minutes to centre and 1 hour to airport with a change in the centre.

The hotel is close to the metro. In a quiet and beautiful area. Very close to Lidl and other supermarkets as well as gas stations.
Unfortunately, there aren't many dining options nearby. However, you can order a quick meal at the hotel.

One of the morning we wake up for loud noise due to some renovation at hotel.

We did not have breakfast as it was too expensive. The room was very quiet. There was a park-like area in the back. Dinner at the bar was enjoyable and not too expensive.
There is nothing that comes to mind. The hotel is quite a distance away from the center of Munich. We had to take the U-Bahn to Marienplatz and change to an S-Bahn to get to the main railway station.

Basic Holiday Inn. Staff are ok as were facilities. Easy access to the city by subway once you work it out. Rooms have everything you need and the area has a grocery store etc if you like snacks.
Parking is expensive given the suburban location. Two machine coffees cost $10.50 Euro. Building is dated. Nothing bad but also not memorable either.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast excellent choices in buffet and good set up and service. Area safe suburb of Munich felt safe to walk around alone.
Dated decor, dark carpets in room. No safe in room.

I liked that the location is close to the metro, the room was clean and just like in the pictures, there are free parking spots on nearby streets. Also there are a lot of shops like Dm, Lidl wich have a good value for money close to the location. From the hotel to the city center Marienplatz I think with the metro it takes around 30 minutes. The breakfast was good. The stuff was nice with us, they brought us soft pillows when we asked them. Also there is a free sauna and steam room from 5-10pm which was also nice. They have a garden and a small restaurant, we ate there on the first day because we arrived late, it was ok ( pizza). Overall it is a good value for money especially for those that want to find free parking space and whom don't mind going to the center by the metro station.
It s not that I didn't like something, my experience was good but if I would say something that I would have loved to have was a Nespresso capsule coffee machine.
