Nothing, only one lady, who spoke Russian after check out, she was lovely.
We arrived at the hotel quite early and decided to leave our luggage before going out for breakfast. I won’t even mention the fact that nobody told us where the breakfast area was—we had to find it ourselves.
After checking in, we were shocked by the condition of our room. It was clearly not cleaned properly. There were someone else’s hairs all over the floor, and the full-length mirror was cracked and held together with two pieces of grey tape. It looked terrible and gave a very poor first impression. The housekeeping standards at this hotel are simply unacceptable.
Things got even worse during our stay. Around 10:00 a.m. on the day of check-out, a member of the housekeeping staff entered our room without even knocking. This is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of guests’ privacy.
But the worst part happened the day before. Housekeeping threw away our personal belongings. We only realized after checking out that some of our things were missing. We had two separate bags in the room: one contained trash, while the other contained items we had purchased during our trip. After housekeeping came, both bags were gone. Why is housekeeping touching guests’ personal belongings in the first place? Throwing away someone’s purchases is absolutely unacceptable.
The only positive part of our stay was the reception staff, especially the young receptionist who spoke Russian. She was incredibly kind, polite, and professional. I happened to overhear her checking in another guest, and it was the complete opposite of our own check-in experience. She carefully explained where everything was located, what facilities the hotel offered, and the opening hours for everything. During our own check-in, we were only told the breakfast hours and where the elevator was. That was it.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end after we checked out. We left our luggage at the hotel before heading to the airport.

The room is nice, bed and pillows are comfortable, quiet, breakfast is amazing.
It is bit far away from the metro station and from the center and the price for the weekend was very high compared to the other days.

Good location not far from train station, clean and comfortable. Good air conditioning in the room. Breakfast quite minimal, but ok
For double reservation there was only 1 towel. There were cups, tee, sugar, cream and coffee, but no kettle. For breakfast there could be more vegetables.

Breakfast was good and most importantly the AC in the rooms were working. The shower was big.
Room wasn't clean, we had hair from previous guests next to the bed and on the floor. The bathroom sink and shower need a good clean, they had yellow stains. The room is too small for 3 people, if all come with a suitcase. There isn't really a wardrobe. Additionally we had cleaning stuff entering the room without knocking on our day when we were leaving.
