Wonderful
Very comfortable, easy to access, very close to public transportation. Personal very helpful. Front desk assistant was very very kind (I think his name was Mr Habib)
Although a short stay, cleaning should have been made at least once.

I liked the friendly and helpful staff, the location, and the public transportation options at this hotel. The hotel was bright and very cozy.
The shower curtain was dirty with stains and overall it should be replaced.

Exceptional
The hotel is located in a safe area with easy access to public transport. The staff was extremely nice, friendly and professional. I would like to point out that a Bavarian stay also includes good beers, so we especially appreciated that the hotel reception has a bar open until late at night, where we could enjoy a few pints of lager. The room was clean and exactly what we expected. We would love to come here again.
We would have appreciated at least some cleaning during our 2 night stay to have our coffee mugs washed and our 3in1 coffee refilled. But we don't want to seem dissatisfied.
