Nothing. Breakfast had a lot of alternatives thats it.
Staff was rude. The guy was rude when we were checking in. The staff was again rude when we were taking water from the refrigerator. Spoke to us like we were stealing. Room was not cleaned the house keeping never came. So we had to use dirty towels and our beds were not cleaned. The shower was weak. The breakfast was large but not fresh and not warm. Dont recommend.

The hotel has what it needs, the basics. The room was ok. There was a water boiler, fridge, safe etc. This was alright. Breakfast was ok as well. Had delicious pasties fresh from oven every time. Location is good though. 13 minutes walk from train, 50 minutes from airport, so this is very nice. They clean the room every 2 days, good to know.
We arrived and got the keys with help of the guy at desk. We went to the room and noticed there was already someone there. We called and complained. This shows that privacy and security is not ok. We got another room, after going all the way back to reception.
Bed is ok, could be more comfortable and have thicker sheets.
Staff was not very friendly, maybe it's German. Sometimes they didn't have some items like salt marmalade or nutella. Essentials.
There's no roomservice, and wasn't very clear there is a restaurant as well, although it says.

Breakfast is fair, too far from berg am laim subway or tram 21. Berg am laim station is the dirtiest station allover munich, with a non-working lift and shit everywhere, it is never cleaned.
No enough varieties of pork cold cuts as we love it in germany, so many poultry cold cuts. Most of the stuff come to clean around while we are having breakfast. They look bored, and most of them are from arabic countries

It was awful.
The first room we entered was extremely dirty and nauseating. After a lot of effort, we changed rooms, but the second one wasn’t clean either—just barely tolerable. The room was ridiculously small, basically a double room for three people. The faucet was broken, the bedsheets and curtains were torn, and the tissue box was empty.
It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Also, the hotel’s private parking was very expensive, even though it could easily have been offered for free as a hotel amenity.

The only good things were the hotel breakfast and the location, which was close to the bus station.
Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned after one night’s stay; it was only cleaned after more than two nights.
During the cleaning, the bed sheets were not changed, the toilet and bathroom were not cleaned, and the floor was not even vacuumed. Only the room items were rearranged.
Overall, it was not a good experience and the room was not clean.

It is a great hotel. Everything was nice, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was so taste. If I have an opportunity I will be stay at this hotel again and again.
I do not know. The only thing I should ask about handle not the last day to open the window.
