Hotel is priced exactly as it should. Rooms on the small side but clean and very quiet. Access is fine. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is ok, more than enough for us and for the price. Wifi was fine. Overall a nice choice.
Location is a bit far from city and the bus outside does not head to center. You have to walk a bit for tram, not very ideal if you travel with children.

The parking area was spacious and secure, the bed was comfortable, and the staff at the reception were kind and professional.
The breakfast was good, with all the essential items I expected. The dining area was clean, spacious, and not crowded.
However, one experience during our Easter stay left me deeply disappointed. A female staff member was walking around the hall, handing out chocolates to children. I have two kids — my son, who’s a teenager, and my daughter, who is just 10 years old. But she completely ignored our table, even though she handed out chocolates twice to a girl sitting right next to us.
My son didn’t mind; he’s a teenager now and not that interested. But my daughter really wanted one, and she watched hopefully each time the lady passed by. We looked at her a few times, expecting at least a smile or acknowledgment. Instead, she muttered some unpleasant words under her breath in German, probably assuming we wouldn’t understand. Unfortunately for her, my kids both went to school in Germany — they understood every word, and it hurt even more.
It was just a small piece of chocolate, but the way she deliberately ignored us left a deep emotional mark. I don’t want to call her racist, yet her actions made me feel we were being treated differently, and that was truly disappointing.

We were not very satisfied with our stay. The location is quite far from the city center and close to a highway, which was not ideal. I recommend the centre branch.
The facilities felt outdated, the bed sheets and towels were old and even had holes. The room floor was not properly cleaned.
The room did have basic amenities like a kettle and a hairdryer, which was a plus.
Breakfast had limited variety, was not refilled frequently, and there were long queues. The hotel is quite large, and during February (when we stayed), it was very crowded.
Also, even though I had completed online check-in, I still had to wait around 30 minutes at reception to check in again, which was disappointing.
Communication was a bit difficult as the staff did not speak English very well.

It was within walking distance of all the transport links, which proved useful when the buses and trams went on strike for two days during our stay.
There was not much available for breakfast. Unfortunately we do not eat broccoli cauliflower or couscous for breakfast. We found the choice poor.
