We were not very satisfied with our stay. The location is quite far from the city center and close to a highway, which was not ideal. I recommend the centre branch.
The facilities felt outdated, the bed sheets and towels were old and even had holes. The room floor was not properly cleaned.
The room did have basic amenities like a kettle and a hairdryer, which was a plus.
Breakfast had limited variety, was not refilled frequently, and there were long queues. The hotel is quite large, and during February (when we stayed), it was very crowded.
Also, even though I had completed online check-in, I still had to wait around 30 minutes at reception to check in again, which was disappointing.
Communication was a bit difficult as the staff did not speak English very well.

Confortable stay in large and clean room with a nice bathroom. The staff particularly is very nice. Good breakfast.

It was within walking distance of all the transport links, which proved useful when the buses and trams went on strike for two days during our stay.
There was not much available for breakfast. Unfortunately we do not eat broccoli cauliflower or couscous for breakfast. We found the choice poor.

The hotel is kind if a new one, well cleaned, comfy sized rooms. The mattresses & pillows are of great choice.
Breakfast is chaos, definitely they need schedule for those as during our stay the capacity was probably >90% and at 09:00 AM it was hard to sit anywhere at all. Breakfast variety was kind of poor to say.
Reception time was very time-consuming, probably 20-25min despite the auto-check-in tablets at front door. There was only one employee responsible for the whole lobby during our arrival.
Apart from that, we were relying on Munich trains mainly so getting to the closest one required some time to walk, have it in mind.

Hotel is clean and well maintained. The neighbourhood is decent and quiet. Couple of supermarkets located conveniently within walking distance. No noise although railroad is just block away.
Self check in terminals in the lobby are beyond ridiculous - they ask you fill up the names, the dates, the passports, the addresses of all the guests and finally you end up with message that check in is not available at this time. You could expect this (absence of) service in some roadside motel or spirit airlines but not IHG. Up till now.

Everything was correct and very easy, starting from the self check-in and all the facilities. The breakfast was also self-service and quite plentiful. The nearest station was easily accessible in 5 mins by foot.

The service mind need to be improve. Not only that we are now in the educated world but people like cleaning staff still racist to Asian. We still uncomfortable about it. Plus, 3 Nights there but got cleaned only 1 day???(We had to ask the manager to ask staff to do) Please trained your staff better.
