Hotel was lovely, clean and very modern. The rooms have everything you can possibly think of.
Only had 1 pillow in the room, when I asked reception, they said no spare pillows. When I requested the following day, I explained the sign stated 2 pillows and got told they would bring them up. I returned late that night and no pillows, so had to go back down to reception and once again request.

Clean hotel, quiet at night. Decent breakfast offering. Early check-in allowed.
Online check-in failed. No fridge in room ! No extra blankets. Pre:arrival email communication not good, did not receive response when I asked hotel to confirm reservation.

Convenient store abt 100m away, return empty water bottle to get back 0.25€. Good breakfast & nice staff. There are two lift to go up to the room. Definitely will stay again if I return to Munich in future.
