Nothing. There is only one staff member in the lobby; I don't remember his name. He is the only one we find kind and always greets us, and the others do not.
The dirty bathroom, small room, uncomfortable mattress, crowded and limited breakfast variety.

The guest relationship and front office staff are really helpful and kind. On the other hand the breakfast is well enough and the staff in the breakfast saloon are well too. The location is quite good for our purpose
The cleaning of the rooms in the following days is not good. They do not clean as details.

Overall was good!!
Although cleaning room service was not as has to be. We stayed 3 nights and only been cleaned once and that not as supposed to be. Not changing towels and bed sheets..

The breakfast was alright.
Our room was not clean. And then our 3 yo kid accidentally peed on the bed, even though I asked them to change the sheets they did not provide clean ones. My husband had to snuggle down on the sofa….

The location close to Bauma and the breakfast.
At check-in we waited an hour to get our room, we had to stay in the next building because the rooms in the main hotel are worn and dirty.
I paid 1198 Euros for 3 nights and the accommodation conditions did not reflect the price paid!
I didn't receive the invoice on time, I had to insist after leaving, I called 3 times and sent many messages through Booking, they only responded to the email message!
