Disappointing
The location and breakfast were absolutely satisfying.
For someone who knows Holiday Inn, I was very disappointed from the level of cleanliness. There were stains all over the carpet and on the curtains, mold in the bathroom top-edges, and the duvet was too big for the cover so kept coming out which also felt very uncomfortable. No slippers were provided. I also noticed that the shampoo and body wash were exactly the same product, both in color and odour.

The breakfast was good, the hotel overall is very nice, well maintained, located in quite area with good connections. We had late check-in which was approved by the property.
We booked 3 rooms for 7 people, the room for 3 people was not ready for the third guest at the time of the arrival, so they moved us to another room which was level below the one we booked. It was smaller and not comfortable for 3 persons.

This hotel was in a nice quiet suburb area and was extremely clean. All of the staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding.
You do have to walk a bit to get to the public transportation, but I believe it is worth staying in the clean, quiet area.

Hotel was a great facility. Easy access to bus, rail, tram or auto. Easy 10 minute walk to rail to travel all over Munich, especially Oktoberfest. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was a surprise as to how large it was. It was much more than a traditional "German breakfast" of rolls, meats & cheeses. Parking was on site directly below the hotel.
Extra pillows in the room would have helped a bit with sleeping.

Good apartment, with everything a couple needs. Good shower, bed, breakfast included, small gym in a calm area and close to public transportation.
Nothing really to complain, but 6,5 Euros for 0,75L water is crazy
