The filthiest Hotel i have ever stayed in and the bathroom stank of sewage and mold, if it wasn't already so late when I checked in I would have cancelled my stay and looked for another hotel for the night. Thank God I had my sleeping bag with me.

Breakfast was great and the room had all the basic necessities for a warm day in Munich. Room was clean and the staff was quite accomodative!
There were a few issues in the room, such as the sink not draining properly, and it felt a bit cramped for three people. It would have been nicer if these had been addressed.

I enjoyed that the property was large and you could work in the lobby essentially anytime of the day or night. Happy with the WiFi
The front desk staff… with the exception of Regina who was a complete delight, everyone either needs to be retrained on hospitality or a new job. They were rude and dismissive and honestly what make my experience go from a 10 to a 6.
Your staff that ran the Buffett were clean,expedient, and very friendly. After being there for 6noghts I wouldn’t spend a single moment there.

Pleasantly designed, multiple reception desks, immediate service at the reception.
The toilet wasn't particularly clean, underneath the toilet cover we had a bad surprise (never cleaned?)... Breakfast buffet was badly designed, no disks to put plates on and glasses for water or juices were too small, for liqueur serving. For some of the stuff - fortunately not everyone - a smile was an unknown gesture. Not the greatest connection to the centre of Munich, but luckily not far.
