Room, breakfast, location was top!
There was no cold (yes - cold) water in the shower. It was only very hot water which in some cases was uncomfortable for me.

I liked the area a lot and the room was clean and nice.
The only problem for me was the check-in time, I managed to get to Munich a few hours earlier than the check-in time and in order to check-in earlier, the rule was to pay extra and the price was a lot.

Room said it would have a kettle, it didn't. We left at 6:30am so it didn't matter much and we didn't say anything so no big deal.
