Location, room, Air-conditioning.
Breakfast is way too expensive and of pour quality. Would not recommend to have breakfast at the hotel. There are planty of good places nearby. Staff was not friendly at check-in

1 lady working in the 5th floor executive suite was not kind nor accommodating. Brigitte - her name I think. All the other staff was amazing!

Great location, excellent hotel and facilities. The Executive Lounge happy hour was amazing!
The air conditioning didn’t seem to be able to keep the place cool.. our room was always warm!

Location was perfect
Rude staff members when we asked about the garage. Misleading feedback from Customer Service about the e-charging stations in the garage. They told me in a written response that they have 130 e-charging station in the garage while there were only 4 e-charging stations.

Unacceptable experience at Hilton Munich City. I left 3 shirts in the wardrobe and called the hotel the same day. I was given contradictory stories by housekeeping — they first dismissed me, then admitted no one actually checked the room. Zero effort to resolve the issue. Total lack of professionalism. If you forget something here, don’t expect to see it again — or get any help.

Breakfast was very very busy and the tables were too tightly packed together so you couldn’t walk between the tables . Hot breakfast very limited choice . Executive club excellent 5 star
