Harry's hotel was very cozy. I liked the idea that it had a laundry kitchen for us who booked a standard room. It's very convenient for the S1 train, at the back of the hotel. The tram service takes you straight to the city, which was perfect each day. It's stops just about everywhere you need to go. The bus is also just outside. There is no need for car rental or Uber. I would most definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place that's reasonable, away from the noise and tourists, and it has a large supermarket, somewhat mall right next door. Not to mention you can not go hungry here too many places to eat nearby.
Both rooms were never cleaned during our four nights stay. To be clear on the third day, the shower, toilet, and lavatory were cleaned and towels given. However, the floor was never wiped or swept. The pillows also need changing badly. All worn out.

The room is very clean, everything you need is available. We love the location, easy connection with the train, tram and bus to the train central station, city as well as the airport. Around the hotel, there's a grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery and it's really quiet. And we also love the facilities inside the hotel community room with iron, washing machines, kitchenette. We definitely would recommend to everyone and will return to the same hotel when we're visiting Munich again.

Wonderful facility - exceptionally clean and in an amazing location. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Shahnoza. Amazing hospitality, facility, and location. Would absolutely visit again.
The third bed (the sofa) wasn't so comfortable, but overall, everything was amazing!

Breakfast was good. Garage right next to the hotel available at reasonable cost. Directly next to hub of public transportation (Moosach): U-Bahn (metro) U3, tramway, bus, S-Bahn (commuter train). Close to Olmpiapark. Good noise insulation of windows looking towards the train station (but potentially loud when opened).

This is my first stay in a hotel that is part of the Harry's Hotel chain and I am happy to say, I'd gladly repeat the experience. In fact chances are that if I'm going to Munich again, I'd be staying there.
The room is spacious, more so that the regular for budget hotels and there are a spacious desk and a corner with a small table and a single armchair. Two people can share coffee/tea time by pulling the desk chair. At the desk there's a convenient 24/7 electric outlet, meaning one doesn't worry about needing to charge something while out of the room. There's a spacious cupboard space with a lot of shelves for stuff as well as a hanger bar with enough hangers for two people.
The bathroom was also spacious enough. The shower stall is 90x90 cm and what matters to me a lot - has a shelf inside to place all my toiletries. The water pressure is good, the drainage is excellent! Even when the water is turned to the max the drainage manages to siphon everything and one doesn't have to stand in soapy water, which also reduces the risk of slipping. There's enough space by the sink and there are two available outlets by the counter, so two electric toothbrushes can be plugged in at the same time.
There are outlets by each bed/side of the bed (depending whether you get a twin or a double room) and convenient light switches next to them. The beds are comfy, sufficiently firm. Very decent quality bed linens.
The room we stayed at and the adjacent bathroom were very clean. The cleaning service is once every three days, but I am more and happy with that. It's more nature friendly, and I don't change my linens or towels every day at home, so I see no need to expect that at a hotel.
The location is extremely convenient. S-bahn stop behind the hotel with a train that goes to the airport on one end and the center of the city at the other. There are also bus, tram and U-bahn stations within ~150 m from the hotel exit.

The windows cut the noise effectively. And the air conditioner does its job very well, powerful, not very noisy, but nice white noise to help with sleep. The corridor is carpeted to reduce noise, while the rooms are laminated wood reducing allergens. The staff are friendly and helpful.
There is dedicated space with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (for additional fee), an iron, a kitchen corner with a microwave, a stovetop and an oven, some vending machines.
There are a small Mexican place and a retail center with a supermarket by the hotel, plus 2 bakeries.
Very, very happy with the say, well worth the money.
As a thing I wish was available - I wish there was a fridge in the room, but fared just fine without.
