Harry's hotel was very cozy. I liked the idea that it had a laundry kitchen for us who booked a standard room. It's very convenient for the S1 train, at the back of the hotel. The tram service takes you straight to the city, which was perfect each day. It's stops just about everywhere you need to go. The bus is also just outside. There is no need for car rental or Uber. I would most definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place that's reasonable, away from the noise and tourists, and it has a large supermarket, somewhat mall right next door. Not to mention you can not go hungry here too many places to eat nearby.
Both rooms were never cleaned during our four nights stay. To be clear on the third day, the shower, toilet, and lavatory were cleaned and towels given. However, the floor was never wiped or swept. The pillows also need changing badly. All worn out.

The room is very clean, everything you need is available. We love the location, easy connection with the train, tram and bus to the train central station, city as well as the airport. Around the hotel, there's a grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery and it's really quiet. And we also love the facilities inside the hotel community room with iron, washing machines, kitchenette. We definitely would recommend to everyone and will return to the same hotel when we're visiting Munich again.

Next to the train station. Supermarket nearby. Has a playroom.
Renovations just next to our room. Walls covered in fresh paint, sharp blades on the floor. Smelling paint in the room. Some dust on the bedsheets. The porridge in the morning was fermented - overnight oats, but too old. I had bad stomach pain later that day.
