Wonderful
Very clean, comfortable beds, bus stop and also S-bahn very near so it’s well connected to all other parts of the city
Nice neighbourhood
The walls are a bit thin so you hear all the movement in the hall and other rooms

Wonderful
The room was spacious and comfortable. Clean. On a quiet street. Close to a bus stop with quick connection to Munich-Pasing Train Station. Great price compared to other places. Bathroom was clean and worked well.
It was a long walk from the check-in to the actual place we were staying and I forgot to take the bus that had stops outside each place. Take a bus or Uber if the weather isn't nice or you don't like walking. Otherwise, enjoy the stroll!

Pleasant
It has a lot of space and very clean
Be careful, they have several houses were you might end up in the last one and very far to the train station. The pillows were to hard, my friend and I didn’t slept well in those nights. Also the heater only work for a couple of hours, then you freeze in the night. I know it was Oktoberfest season but I don’t think the pice justify the stay

Exceptional
We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and quiet. We loved our little loft room. An easy walk to the train. A couple restaurants in walking distance. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Free parking, clean, comfortable beds, helpful staff, 10 min walk to subway, large cookies for Oktoberfest, washing machine in a nearby facility
Our room was in an attic, so had to be careful about hitting head on ceiling

The property was fairly close to the train. A few restaurants & gas station really close by. Helpful & very nice staff. Clean & comfortable.
About a 10-15 min walk from train station. Not bad, but a little bit of a walk.
Also not a deal breaker, but do need to take the train to get to downtown Münich.

It way clean, affordable and had a private bathroom.
Very far from reception area. I had to walk over 20 minutes and the temperature was over 30 C°, and the next day was raining hard. I had to walk to the train station which was about 13 minutes far from my location. The bed was too soft in the middle. I didn't expect much for the price, but I would've been willing to pay more for a closer location and a comfortable bed.

It had a hot plate but no pots or pans. The microwave did not work. It would have been more convenient if I could have picked up the key at the same location where I was staying.

Fee parking on the premises (this is a huge bonus in Germany), very clean house, convenient location to the train station and the bus stop.
No airconditioning and no ceiling fan. You have to request the staff for a table fan and if you are lucky you will get one.

Awesome rooms, awesome staff, awesomely close to the S-Bahn and we got a larger room with an upstairs that we used for yoga with great lighting and overall homey feel

We booked triple room with separate beds, we got room N5 at house 104. The beds were very comfortable, and also we have free parking in the yard. Everything was good.
