All the staff are very nice and helpful: mariana, fatma azahra, saeed, gabreala..all very nice and kind.
All was perfect. We booked 3 rooms, and later we booked 4th room.

The hotel is very nice and quite, very close to the U-bahn station. Only negative point for my taste are the pillows very soft, all the rest was perfect. A very good place where to stay in Munich

This was my second time staying at the Grand Palladium during Oktoberfest. It's very convenient to the train station to get downtown. Large rooms and clean.
Because I've only gone during Oktoberfest, the prices have always been a little inflated. That's everywhere during this time, but it doesn't always make it seem like its a great value.

My room was upgraded, and I am not complaining--I loved it. The room was very clean.
Breakfast was good, its buffet style.
The restaurant was great, especially Bruno and Claudio---great waiters. Can't say enough about. Especially to Bruno, who seen I was not quite myself and was concern--I want to say Thank You again!!
Front desk was very helpful in calling for a taxi and answering questions.
Not far from the train station. It was easy and quick to get to the Octoberfest.
Wish they had vending machines. There were times, I could have used a cold Coke Zero.

I didn't, like that,the hotel has its own parking, and charges his customers 12€ per day!!!

The room was much bigger than usual European standards - we were a family of 4. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was fine. The location was walking distance from the nearest metro giving us access to the city. We did not opt for breakfast, but the restaurant area seemed very quiet at all times. Parking was funny cos there's free street parking and the entrance to hotel's parking was broken and almost completely empty! They should just provide parking for free. The staff was courteous. Rooms as usual did not have airco but there was a fan and open windows did the trick. The walk from hotel to metro was not enough lit, so it might feel unsafe w family (though i don't think it was unsafe neighborhood). It was just dark, that's it.
Airco would have been nicer. Give the parking for free.

- the building was a hot sauna, during the day you cannot stay in the room
- the ventilation is not working, the bathroom felt like going into an oven
- you can hear eveything for.your neighbors
- all of the furniture and other equipment are very old, some not even working like the blinders
- parking is very expensive : 12euro/day

Very close to subway and a 12 min ride to center. The room was elegant,big and comfortable. For kids there is a very nice playground just behind the hotel. The breakfast was good enough.
Staff was friendly, garage was big and not crowded.
