The staff are very friendly, theres coffee tea and free water in the room. The hotel is super clean and the rooms are comfortable and quite big. Subway is 3 minutes walk away and it takes sbout 15-20 min to the centre of Munich.

We stayed at Grand Hotel Palladium for one night. The room was spacious and both bed and the sofa bed on which the kids slept were very comfortable. There was free parking available nearby and an excellent Asian restaurant in the vicinity.

The space in room was great and we appreciated having separate beds and extra pillows and providing a shower mat so we did not slip. Food in restaurant was great.
The desk chair was heavy and noisy, foot pads on bottom would have made it easier to move and quieter. The elevator buttons going down was a puzzle and they knew there was an issue.

Nice location, very close to the metro so getting around Munich is a breeze! Also the staff at the hotel are absolutely amazing!
The gym could use a couple of free weights, they only have cardio equipment.

Our room was very spacious, bathroom is also big. Pillows need to be changed since it's not comfy anymore. The room is clean, staffs are friendly and approachable. Breakfast is good. Not on the center but accessible to public transport (4mins walk to nearest Ubahn)
Not enough socket to where the water kettle is located. We did heat our water on the bedside.
