Staff was nice, amazing breakfast, and great, quiet location.
Our shower leaked badly and we used so many towels daily to keep our floors dry. Also, having to pay 40 euros for a late check out due to a delayed flight, I don't think was fair. Especially considering the mess we dealt with all week from the shower. Other then these 2 issues, everything was great

Glass wall in bathroom is very dangerous because can be easily broken by door handles.

I had to late check in (00:30) and the key of the room the hotel saved me did not open my room and there was no one at the reception.
i had to call to an emergency phone so that the representive will come to open the room for me.
The representive was very nice but the ivr who answer me was in german and waited for me to talk or to press the correct digit but i didnt undertand it.

Disappointing
Breakfast was good. It was extremely hot during our visit and the a/c worked good so we could sleep at night.
We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. My wife has medication and it needs to be refrigerated. We were surprised this time to not have a small fridge in the room. They said many of the rooms had refrigerators that needed to be repaired. We asked for a different room, but that was not possible. They got one to our room after a day, but it never really cooled down.

Very good breakfast, big rooms, few good restaurants near the hotel.
You can see through the glass from the bathroom door at the edges. Is not full opaque. Is a little uncomfortable when you use the bathroom.

Superb breakfast, nice wellness area which we unfortunately didn’t get to use this time round. Friendly & helpful staff in assisting us with late check-in. Will always return to stay here again, thank you for the comfortable stay!
