Spacious Rooms are clean, updated modern decor. Good use of space for storage. Short walk to U-Baun station (7min?) Has an attached Italian restaurant. Offer coffee there in morning There are two grocery stores very close
Would be nice to have coffee in rooms. Location is far from main attractions and must travel by public transportation. Wish there was more restaurants in area

Calm and peaceful area at the edge of Zone M for public transport, making it easy to reach the city while enjoying a quieter neighborhood. Bonus points for the excellent Italian restaurant on the ground floor.
The bathroom fan stayed on for about an hour after use, which was a bit annoying. Also, the blanket on the bed felt too small for comfortable sleep.

The hotel was in a good location. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent
The pictures made the room look much bigger than it was. The shower leaked all over the floor. The parking situation was questionable. The woman at the counter told Me not to worry about parking since there was always space near the hotel. That was DEFINITELY not true. Furthermore, there was always a group of local drunk that hung out in front of the hotel and made lots of noise until 4 or 5 in the morning making it difficult at best to sleep

Really good location to visit Munich. Easy parking and metro is close to explore the city. The lady at the reception was really nice. The rooms are modern and comfortable.
Unfortunately there was a group of Russians in our hall that were loud the whole night. Screaming and banging doors. There’s no reception to complain to at night.

The breakfast, room designs and the restaurant design, the location.
The mechanism for the liquid soap: you had to squish it. My 6 year old daughter had a problem with handling that (which had a pretty high position on the wall). She had to call me to help her every time she washed her hands.

The room was clean and tidy. The bed was really comfortable and the whole stay was really nice. For the price I wasn’t expecting much, but it was really nice. The only thing was, that I could hear the neighbours and the room was quiet small. But it was expected and looked just like in photos :)

very close to the U-Bahn. There is a wonderful coffee shop in the next building. Quiet and cozy area of ​​the city.

Relatively clean and comfortable, similar experience as a couple years ago. We'll probably consider staying here again. It was warm and cozy while freezing temperatures outside.
No electric kettle to make a tea/coffee, no fridge. Quiet hours seem to have ended at 7 am on some days, there was some noise from builders and heavy machinery in the neighborhood

Wonderful
It was relatively clean and comfortable, similar experience as a couple years before. I know this hotel since I was a teenager. The price for this particular night was quite good. We'll probably consider staying here again
