- Bavarian music in the public spaces
- Out of hours, staff in the larger sister hotel picks up the request, and they may be limited in ability to help with any query

Wonderful boutique hotel with bavarian flair, extremely friendly personnel and delicious restaurant. We repeated the two nights. Also it offers safe parking in a close garage below de hotel, what it is a luxury in Munich

Overall a good stay and we would return. The location is about 20 mins from the city centre, but the buses are really easy to use and Uber’s are unbelievably cheap (often cheaper than 2 bus tickets!). We also found a lovely coffee shop over the road, and our room had a great view of the church opposite. It was possibly the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in too and the amenities provided were great, even a mini sewing kit if needed.
Unfortunately, with a room with a church view you do have to endure the 7am rather loud wake up call of church bells which go on for at least 2 minutes, this can be heard even with the window shut. The road must also be a link to the hospital, as sirens can be heard frequently so if you’re a light sleeper it’s probably not for you. Also if you don’t like soft pillows, this really won’t be for you as both my husband and I did struggle with the lack head support when trying to sleep! The check in process is also quite confusing - there is in a iPad for self check in but it’s not very clear so just something to bear in mind when you’ve been travelling for 8+ hours and are tired.

One of the best hotels in the city - super cute room with cosy beds, close to the bus station (5 minutes), tram station (7 minutes) and metro (10 minutes) - it is easy to get to any place in the city, really nice cafes in the proximity

The restaurant/Gasthaus is a typical Bavarian one,which for Munich is rather rare these days and good cuisine.
Fair value for money as far as the accommodation goes but nothing to write home about. .
Room very small and no air conditioning, although it must be said the latter is totally normal for B&Bs in Germany and most of the year not a problem.
Check-in not exactly hassle free. Breakfast only average.
